Our team operates invisibly behind your brand. Your clients see only your branding, your messaging, and your professional reputation. We handle all logistics, coordination, and execution without ever appearing in client communications. For white-label partnerships, our involvement is completely unknown to end clients. Even for other partnership models, we're structured as a service provider, not a visible partner.

Standard Partnership Payment Schedule:

  • $5,000 deposit to secure your workshop dates and programme. Once received, we send a detailed price breakdown and payment schedule.
  • $2,000 per guest due 180 days before workshop start
  • Final balance due 90 days before workshop start

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer and international payments. For Platinum tier partners and large group bookings, we can discuss flexible payment arrangements and NET terms based on partnership history and volume.

Complete customization is our strength. We work with you to design workshops that match your clients' interests and your marketing positioning. You can choose locations, adjust duration, request specific photography themes, add specialists (drone pilots, models, etc.), and tailor logistics. We provide transparent cost estimates before finalizing any custom programme.

We have 24/7 support and a dedicated coordinator for every workshop. We're trained to handle logistics issues, photography-related adjustments, client needs, and emergencies. We make real-time decisions and maintain backup options for transport, accommodation, and guides.

No minimum volume is required. We accept single-workshop partnerships for new partners. Pricing and terms improve as volume increases, and we offer flexible agreements for partners who wish to start small.
