Every workshop includes pre-production planning, on-ground coordination, photography mentorship, accommodation, meals, transportation, and applicable permits.

Yes, absolutely. We offer tiered pricing based on group size, workshop duration, and season. Groups can reduce costs by choosing 4-star accommodation, selecting shoulder-season dates, and combining photography interests. We also offer payment plans and early-booking discounts.

Complete customization is our core service. You can select scenes from our gallery, add unlisted locations, adjust duration, combine regions and seasons, request specific subjects, arrange specialised shoots, and build in flexible days. Our photography experts guide you through seasonal conditions, lighting, local logistics, and the cost implications of each choice. Private workshops are typically at least seven days to allow meaningful photography time and reliable logistics.

Individual (non-B2B) bookings follow the same Terms & Conditions as our scheduled workshops.

For B2B partners, our booking process is straightforward and transparent:
1. Submit your inquiry via our Private Workshop Planning form with your preferred dates, scenes, and group size.
2. Receive a customized proposal within 48 hours, including a detailed itinerary, cost breakdown, and logistics plan.
3. Confirm your booking with a 5,000 USD deposit and sign our service agreement.
4. Second payment installment is due 180 days before workshop start.
5. Final payment is due 90 days before workshop start.

We accept bank transfers and international payment methods.

Cancellation policy for B2B private workshops:
- Deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another trip.
- 89 to 60 days before departure: full refund of payments made (excluding deposit + $500 administrative fee).
- Less than 60 days before departure: no refund and no transfer.

We maintain our standards regardless of circumstances and will always do our best to offer alternative dates if you need to reschedule.
