We begin our day at Thanh Tien flower paper making village, where our group captures artisans crafting vibrant paper flowers for Vietnam’s Tet holiday. Our cameras focus on the intricate floral designs in the warm morning light, a cultural treasure for our portfolios. Then, we check out and travel to Hoi An, eager to explore its enchanting charm.
In the afternoon, our photo tour shoots the dynamic “Ro Cho” fishing net scenes, with fishermen casting nets across shimmering waters. We capture the golden sunset over Hoi An’s UNESCO-listed ancient town, filled with glowing lanterns and vibrant street life. Our group immortalizes the serene river reflections, wrapping up a day of unforgettable photography.
Our group starts the day capturing the “Ro Cho” fisherman sunrise “dance” in Hoi An, photographing skilled fishermen like Mr. Muoi, who has cast his unique floating-house nets for 46 years, reflecting Vietnam’s vibrant fishing culture. This session may shift to the afternoon depending on weather or fishermen’s schedules. Later, we enjoy a portrait session with an elderly woman known as “Vietnam’s most beautiful elder,” whose grace embodies the nation’s spirit.
We conclude our vibrant day with an authentic Vietnamese dinner in Hoi An’s lantern-lit town, immersed in the festive Tet holiday ambiance.
